my Ciaphas Cain warhammer 40k costume.
hat and tunic were made to specification by a friend, i drew plans, we found a pattern to work from and he made it, i then added accessories such as buttons, epaulettes and chains.
i also painstakingly crafted the Plasma pistol you see, the glow is produced by EL wire.
